1. How to determine length and width values used for the transistors.

The transistor size in .sim file are relative size in terms of lambda, where lambda=0.6/2=0.3 micron in the 0.6 micron technology.

Transistor length should be 2 lambda=minimum feature size. Transistor width can be 3-4 lambda or any value you like to pick in question 1. 

For the rest of questions adjust transistor width so that you have the current transition time.

2. View .ps file. 

Try: sdtimage filename.ps  

Or: double click the ps file from your file manager window in the screen.

3. Print .ps file.

Do:  lp -d spot(printer name) filename.ps.
