Homework 1 - Notes about Running HSPICE

1. Include device model file in your HSpice input file

Download file named "t5bk_params.inc" to your HSpice working directory. When you write your HSpice input file, add the following line as the second line:
   .include   t5bk_params.inc
remember the first line is a comment line.

2. Commands you need to know

           Running hspice:
