Welcome to the homepage of NESSg1.  On this website you will get to explore one of the most exciting projects (Among many others) that is taking place at the ECE Department @ Stony Brook University.  NESSg1 is a "Senior Design Project," a two consecutive semester project that all engineering students at Stony Brook must engage.

NESSg1 is based on the underlying principles of Embedded Systems and is designed and developed with the latest technologies and programming concepts.  NESSg1 is more then merely a Senior Design Project, it is a learning experience for the student engineers of the project, in which they get to utilize and apply their fundamentals of engineering principles that they had acquired over the course of their college career.

The purpose of this website is to give a briefing on this project and to make aware of many other exciting projects that is being conducted in the academic world, particularly at The State University of New York @ Stony Brook.
